Secrets to Unleashing Your Prayer Life Part Two:  Prayers You Might Want to Focus On

Does your praying have a pay-off?

Do you need some secrets as to how to unleash your prayer life?

This week we will look at three prayers that you might want to focus on.

Last week I shared three extreme prayer tactics used by heroes of our faith.  This Bread Basket we’ll talk about the prayers each of the men prayed.

Moses’ Psalm 90,   Theme:   eternity and timelessness

King David’s Psalm 145, Theme:   majesty and splendor

and Jesus’s prayer John 17, Theme:  authority and unity.

These prayers emphasize the eternal and timeless quality of God, the majestic glory and power of the Creator, and the authority God has given us as His followers.  These three prayers will energize you, excite you, and empower you — particularly as you pray with the authority God intends for you.

Moses’ Prayer 1:   God is the “Great I am” and in Him there is no time to worry about.

King David’s Prayer 2:   God is all majestic, glorious and powerful. He fulfills every promise He makes based on the dominion of God over all the earth.

Jesus’ Prayer 3:  God has given you the authority you need to pray effectively. He yearns for you to be filled with the Love of God so that the world will know that we believers are all One In Him.

I challenge you to apply these three prayers to your life.  I believe you will have dynamite blasting open your prayer life.   “Ask anything in my name, and you will receive it,” Jesus said. Blessings,
